We convert scan data into 3D CAD models: your objects in high-quality 3D CAD with geometric shapes, symbols, text and exact dimensions. Ready for planning, design and building survey, from a single machine part to a complete BIM building model.

Our special service is turning three-dimensional point clouds or STL data into a fully structured, accurate 3D CAD model: spheres, cylinders and free-form surfaces, with dimensions for edges, drill holes and openings.
The result lets the CAD designer or architect process and modify the scanned object directly in their own CAD system.
3D & BIM services
Three ways to a structured BIM model, depending on what you already have and what the model is for.
Surveyors capture the site by terrestrial 3D laser scanning and send us the point cloud. We turn it into a high-quality BIM model from which exact dimensions, areas and volumes can be derived.
Inquire about Scan to BIMNo scan needed: we build the BIM model from your existing 2D floor plans, sections and elevations. Walls, slabs, openings and rooms are modelled as intelligent elements instead of lines.
Inquire about CAD to BIMA model of the building as it really stands today, not as it was once planned. The basis for renovation, retrofits and facility management, all the way to a digital twin.
